San Diego Flood Services is the result of many years spent in the plumbing and drain industry. Charles Jones started SDP&D in 2004, later incorporating that field experience into a specialized flood dispatch hub in 2006. This isn’t a corporate call center; it’s an Escondido-based operation run by someone who has dispatched and seen many floods over the years.
The mission is simple: the Golden Hour.
In the restoration industry, the first 60 minutes after a leak or a backup determine the scale of the damage. This dispatch operation is designed for that critical window. By using the networks of both SDP&D / San Diego Plumbing and Drains and others in restoration services, the goal is to get responders on-site within that first hour. “Basically as soon as possible without fail,” says Chuck. He just says, call me Chuck.
It is a no-nonsense approach to property protection. Backed by local experience starting in 2004, this standard of fast dispatch and professional etiquette is what keeps San Diego County restored.
